The Board of Directors of the Boston Church consists of between 4 and 6 members of the congregation who ensure the church achieves its mission of leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus. The specific job of the Board is primarily for business and financial oversight in the context of spiritual leadership. They approve the financial direction and budgets, as well as give support and wise counsel to the Lead Evangelist. They may be called upon to help in accountability matters relating to the Lead Evangelist if requested to do so by the Ministry Staff or church members. Board members are appointed by the existing Board and meet regularly throughout the year.
